Top Notch
Unlike most dealerships, I never dread taking my car to Eckert for service. They are friendly and professional. They get me in and out in a timely fashion. They will always have my business for as long as I own my Hyundai. I will be buying my next Hyundai from them again when the time comes.

Quick and Painless
Love how fast you can get in and out of there with an appointment. Only thing I wish is someone would have washed and vacuumed my car after the recall, oil change and tire rotation. Other than that, great service.

We are currently limited by space at the moment due to the growth of the dealer(no automatic car wash), please let us know and we can hand wash and vaccumn vehicle. It does add some additional time but we will be happy to do it.

We have an older Santa Fe (2004). We needed some significant repairs that were going to run $3,000 plus. The only card that we had available to use was an American Express card. The cashier in service explained that Eckert doesn't accept American Express. I initially told her we would work on something and get back to them. The next day the service tech called me and asked about the repairs and I told him that we were exploring options to pay for the repairs. Within a few minutes he had called back and told me the owner had said that if the only way to the repairs done, was through American Express then they would take it this one time. Now, the owner certainly didn't have to do that. However, the fact that ownership would do this verifies what I've done for a long time. Eckert takes care of it's customers better than any other dealership that I've ever dealt with.

Great Service!
I brought my 2017 Tucson in for routine service and to diagnose & repair the A/C. Prior to the visit, I had been stressing over what the A/C repair would cost and how much it was going to cost, if it was out of warranty. The service advisor told me there was a recall out for the A/C, and that they had the parts to perform the repair. A couple of hours later, I was on my way with a cold-blowing A/C, and out only the cost of the oil change. I slept better that night.

I have to be at work at 6 am all the way in Dallas. I walked into the garage to start the car and the car was dead. I called Hyundai and let them know as soon as I was able to get the car in motion I would be making my way to the dealership. The car finally started and I arrived in Denton a little before the garage. The gentleman I spoke with listened as I explained what the issue was. He suggested what the cause might be, but would not state officially until he was for sure. His educated opinion was that there was a faulty switch in the gear shift. He quoted me a price and fixed the issue. I was on the road and at work by 9 am.

Thank you for the time and getting the issue fixed quickly.
