I thought my transmission was going out while I was driving in the freeway and a big semibwas behind me. I was lucky to get off the freeway and I was able to drive stalraightbtonthe dealer. Corina was my service advisor. She understood my situation and even provided me with a loaner vehicle. They fixed my car and I was lucky it wasn't the transmission. Corina keep me up to date with the repair.

Outstanding and Laudable Service
From the moment you arrive, you always find a spot to leave your car. Almost immediately you are welcomed (very nice welcome; with a smile and exemplary kindness); then, you enter to a room when immediately your presence is noticed by the maintenance specialists. An employee whose name is Javer Esquivel, does an excellent work when in no time, asks you for the motive of your visit. He immediately takes control of your situation and gives you detailed and full information of the process, your car's needs and the time expected to get it back. I've hardly found an laudable service like his!! Then, the time he estimated was less that we both expected since my car received the service what was needed. It was a very nice surprise to get it back clean and ready to go. I want to express my gratitude for having a staff that is highly trained and is goal oriented. Congratulations! The experience was pleasant and is an example of the impact that creates a job well done. Congratulations!

Great Folks
Overall, I am very pleased with the service at Puente Hills Hyundai.
My only problem was from my last service call. The service department fixed my alternator, but said I needed to go elsewhere for a new battery. I eventually came back to the dealership for the battery, but it should have been handled in one service call, not two.

Early drop off clean when picking up car hard to find too many cars lined up in front of other cars that are in spaces to easy for customers to have an accident with there car
Also a lot of confusion in writers area because of sittings in front of desk other wise techs was able to get my car checked out and oil change in a timely manner

Do not come here
Car sent in for simple oil change. Turned down extra maintenance. When I got car back, there were new grinding noises. Called to report, no one assisted. Finally got through, and was told it was not their fault and was laughed at. Never purchase a hyundai from any dealer, bad experience at both locations I've visited.

Helpful & They Have Popcorn!
Cubicles & free popcorn in the waiting area is a nice touch. I can just bring my work, settle in at a cubicle, snack on the popcorn, and wait for my car. The service folks have always given a reliable timeline for service on my car. They do a good job and are courteous in the bargain.
