Great job overall
Scheduling was very easy. I had a great service rep and although it was not his fault (software update took a lot longer than expected), he was so professional and apologetic. I knew it wasn't his fault so I told him not to worry about it.

Excellent Service
I had an excellent customer service experience. I wasn't sure exactly what needed to be done for my vehicle's first-time service. I was greeted by Eric who was friendly and explained exactly what services were being performed and how they were covered by my warranty. He got the job done much faster than I anticipated. When I arrived to pick up my car it was sparkling clean. He explained when my next preventative maintenance/service needed to be done and offered to bring my car inside for me because it was chilly out which was thoughtful. I declined but it was still very thoughtful so thank you for that extra caring thoughtfulness in your customer service.

Mediocre
They damaged my car during a past warranty repair service (which they fixed) and I was given 2 free oil changes and a free car detailing as compensation, but this information was never recorded and when I brought my car back they said there was nothing listed on my account to prove I was given these free services and I would have to talk to the service director to find out what to do.
