Convenient
I was able to get my vehicle checked out just a few short hours after calling to make an appointment. Albeit this was for a a minor false alarm due to tire pressure, it did not take long. Hyundai even offers to have you driven someplace else while you wait. Since I had my toddler with me, the thought and understanding from the associate helping me was greatly appreciated.

Honor appointment times and don't upsell
I did not appreciate having a morning appointment (made several weeks prior) and being told that I would have to wait two hours for an oil change. I did not appreciate being told that I could pay for additional oil changes or better oil or whatever. Just change the oil and let me drive away. The car is a lease...I am not opting for higher priced services. I also did not like being told that it would cost me $185 to have a service person look at an issue I was having with the Blue Link...
