timely, attentive, and reasonably priced
36000 mile check up... not pressured into services. I only drive about 9000 miles a year, so some services were not needed at this time. even though recommended on the maintenance schedule. Comfortable waiting area and quick turnaround

Mr. Haefele,

 I apologize, we wash and vacuum vehicles upon request, you may certainty come by and get that done. The reason is most of our customers are so busy they don't want to spend the extra time. We hand wash and vacuum takes around 30 additional minutes. We need to do a better job of informing customers, again i apologize.

The people at Eckert service were really great. Replaced the hub and bearings and everything under warranty. The Hyundai warranty is amazing. I wish they had better tires to purchase but I had to go with the "factory" ones. Only good 30k and they don't offer an insurance like Discount & NTB. Still, got me back on the road and we're very nice. Also didn't have a loaner car available but that's understandable b/c I didn't have an appointment and there was no way they could have foreseen me coming.

Had to return car for service after the front wheel bearring was replaced under warranty
service guys were great. I had to bring the car back after the front left wheel bearring was replaced because of a metal grinding sound. However service was able to get me in and the mechanic that replaced the wheel bearring took a test ride and heard the noise and was able to fix the issue.

Friendly service. Usually spot on.
Took car in for an oil change and to check my sun roof. I had hail damage and had taken my car to a paint less dent repair shop. Severe wind noise so I took car back to the paint less dent repai to adjust. I still didn't think the roof was put back correctly so I asked the Hyundai dept to check out the sun roof. They said it was in the proper position. Long story short I ended up having to take the car to a body shop to get the sun roof adjusted. Turned out the headliner wasn't put back correctly. This was not a Hyundai service dept issue, but I expect a lot from them, and usually they out perform my expectations. For this reason I gave them 4 stars instead of the normal 5 stars they usually get.
Would recommend Eckert service dept for anything else. I will be going back for car service and maintenance.

Great customer service!
I love Eckert Hyundai here in Denton. They have exceptional staff who help you with your vehicle. Their waiting area is clean and neat as well as the coffee station and bathrooms. With these crazy times there is never too many people in the customer waiting area either so you can social distance.
My car is taken care of and explained to me what will be done as well as the cost. They keep you updated and let you know if they run into any problems that need to be addressed.
Great experience for me and my wallet.
