Made Appt for Major Service, apparently an Engine Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter needed replacement, was NOT done.
Got a snail mail card saying my vehicle needed an Engine Air Filter and a Cabin Air Filter within a day of my service appointment. WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE AT MY SERVICE APPT?

Mr. Asbury, 

 I apologize for the confusion, the manufacture sets things by time and miles, We actually look at said parts and replace them if needed. There is no way to know a filter is dirty without seeing it and on your report they are both good. That is why we didn't replace something you didn't need sir.

Honest, reliable, friendly service.. Go out of their way to make sure your safety and satisfaction are met.
The engine had to be replaced in our 2011 Sonata and Eckert Hyundai did all of the leg work in dealing with Hyundai for the warranty replacement. We didn't have to do a thing. They also provided a loaner car while waiting for the engine and installment. We couldn't have been treated better. Much thanks to Jake and the entire Eckert staff and Hyundai motors for taking care of not only our vehicle but us as well.

Eckert Hyundai Listens
I brought our 2018 Sonata Sport + in because there was wind noise coming from the front passenger door. They took it out for a drive but said they didn't hear anything and that some wind noise is normal. We countered that if it was normal then we would hear it in all the doors and not just one door. We also pointed out that the technician that took it out was sitting in the driver seat and not the passenger seat. So they agreed to let my husband drive and have the technician go as the passenger in the front seat. He agreed he did hear air noise not coming from the driver door. He spoke to the manager and they agreed to get the seal replaced in that door. I was a passenger in the Sonata the other day and the cabin was quieter than it had been before the new seal. So glad Eckert listened and got the new seal ordered and installed for us. They are always friendly, professional and courteous. I also want to note that when we started looking into a Hyundai purchase we did come here and I never felt like I was being pressured into buying the vehicle. If anything they were good about answering our questions about Hyundai( was a Ford customer since 1986), the different options, what came standard(which was the selling point). I even wrote a review that day after test driving a Sonata and told our friends about Eckert Hyundai. We will definitely be returning here for Services for our Sonata.

Avoid the Chauvinists
This service was for a recall. This time I had my husband bring my car because I REFUSE to take it to Eckert for service. I do however continue to highly recommend your sales department but at the same time give caution as to the service department. I take my vehicle elsewhere for all services with the exception of recalls.

having to fix others poor work
We had to originally take our car to another Hyundai dealer to replace brakes. The car's brakes then grinded and the car didn't ride as smoothly.
We made the long drive to Eckert and once again it was worth it. Come to find out, the other dealer used a cheaper "after market" brake. We replaced the brakes again and the
car rides more smoothly and the brakes work like they should.
I don't understand why some Hyundai dealers don't come close to the service level we receive at Eckert. Regardless, thank you for the great service!
