The service guy was very familiar with the problem, he got it fixed the same day. The car has worked fine ever since he got it replaced. It's been 5 days.

Very good service. Lousy car wash.
Jason in service was excellent. 30,000 mile check up was expensive but felt we got what was needed in a timely manner. The car wash was terrible. The windows were dirtier than when it went in. They were very busy so that might be the reason. Will let you know if it gets better when we go back for the oil change.

Our $29.95 oil change price is pretty competitive, we know that some places do offer cheaper, but not with genuine parts, quality oil, and a car wash at the end.  We still think that for $29.95 you can't go wrong.  We do run specials from time to time and we hope your next visit coincides with one of those promotions.  Ask your advisor next visit.

We'll have Jason review your maintenance plan with you, it does cover oil changes and tire rotations, some other items which come up at different times for different drivers are not included in the pre-paid program simply because it is hard to know when you will need them.  Wipers, air and cabin filters, tire balancing and wheel alignments.

We do try to predict your mileage before you come in, and usually will try to mention your next service while doing our active delivery after each service.  We obviously communicated poorly this time, but we appreciate your feedback and we'll try to do better with you next visit.

Huyndai is a great ,quality brand and this dealership has only been five star since it opened- I am a repeat customer who has bought 2 cars and I am certain I will buy a third within the next few years- However, you missed the mark last time I came in for service. An integral part of the experience is that in addition to the service performed, you can always come in with a dirty car and leave with a freshly-washed clean one. The car wash was either broken or down for maintenence so the car came in dirty and went out dirty. No "make good", "rain check" or alternative local wash offered by the dealer- easy to do since there are other Earnhardt Dealerships right on the same street. I feel that this would have been more in keeping with the five star service normally experienced. Sadly, not offered.

Very fair Gary, and we thank you for sharing.

Since we opened we have been hand washing every single car that comes through our shop.  During your last visit, we were unable to wash cars it is true.  We just spent a week installing a new automated car wash on the property, and the area where we had previously been washing cars was inaccessible and there was no other place to set up unless we chose not to use softened water.

Certainly we should have made sure you knew it would be our pleasure to wash your car once the new wash was up and running, and we make that offer to you now.  Please come in to let us clean your car as we always have and as we plan to do in the future as well.

We are excited about this improvement and we look forward to sharing it with you.  Come see Jason or myself anytime so we can make this up to you.  Thank you for your loyalty, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Great service in an emergency
My trunk lid would not stay closed 2 days after I received a recall notice about the trunk latch, so I drove to the dealership and got immediate repairs thanks to Jason the service manager and others in the service department. I was out the door within an hour and a half.
