Our $29.95 oil change price is pretty competitive, we know that some places do offer cheaper, but not with genuine parts, quality oil, and a car wash at the end. We still think that for $29.95 you can't go wrong. We do run specials from time to time and we hope your next visit coincides with one of those promotions. Ask your advisor next visit.

We'll have Jason review your maintenance plan with you, it does cover oil changes and tire rotations, some other items which come up at different times for different drivers are not included in the pre-paid program simply because it is hard to know when you will need them. Wipers, air and cabin filters, tire balancing and wheel alignments.
We do try to predict your mileage before you come in, and usually will try to mention your next service while doing our active delivery after each service. We obviously communicated poorly this time, but we appreciate your feedback and we'll try to do better with you next visit.

Since we opened we have been hand washing every single car that comes through our shop. During your last visit, we were unable to wash cars it is true. We just spent a week installing a new automated car wash on the property, and the area where we had previously been washing cars was inaccessible and there was no other place to set up unless we chose not to use softened water.
Certainly we should have made sure you knew it would be our pleasure to wash your car once the new wash was up and running, and we make that offer to you now. Please come in to let us clean your car as we always have and as we plan to do in the future as well.
We are excited about this improvement and we look forward to sharing it with you. Come see Jason or myself anytime so we can make this up to you. Thank you for your loyalty, we look forward to seeing you soon.
