Always excellent service
Javer is the MAN! He has always given me great advice about my 3 vehicles. My cars are still dependable, despite the miles I have racked up. Sure, it's more expensive than going to an independent shop, but I get discounts from Hyundai and the company stands behind their service dept.

Javer Esquivel made me feel like customer service is job#1 again!
I had a challenging problem in that the seat belts were tightening up randomly and without warning. They kept my car overnight and had one of the techs drove it home discovered that my alignment was way off and that seems to have fixed the problem. Javer kept me informed of their progress and even did an oil change while they had the vehicle! I won't go anywhere else!

Multiple trips needed.
I’m not sure why every time I take my car in for an issue it takes two or three times to actually have the problem fixed. It’s like the techs are just rushing the cars out of the door to clear their queue. Not one time have I not had to do multiple trips. Service manager needs to step up and get involved.

I’ve though I had a good experience at this Dealership with my Daughters car and came back all the way from Rancho Cucamonga. Next time I feel like I should go to a dealer closer to me. Now that I look back at both services they were both recalls and we ended paying labor costs.

Recalls performed
Chatted on line to make an appointment. Wasn't sure if I had one or not. Did not check e-mails,but there was one. Arrived at dealership and line to get written up. Javier explained to everyone several times they were short handed, so please bear with them. Repair order written up for 3 recalls. I only knew of one. Was a told 3 hours and done in 2. Again Javer was very professional and friendly.

The staff is well trained to satisfy customers. They provide the service with easiness and care. I went for the regular service to my Santa Fe and from the arrival to the payment with the cashier, I was object of an exceptional service. I specially want to highlight the honesty, care and professionalism of Javer Esquivel who goes the extra mile to put in my shoes and see my worriness about ,y vehicle. Good personnel and good service. Brake components very expensive
My Genesis 2012 has 26 K original miles. The brake components(cptr) went out expensive. I need to replace the passenger rear view mirror. Motor burned out at 26K expensive. I did not replace it.
