Keep up the great work
Was able to get all my service needs done in one quick trip. My only concern is there was sort of safety recall that was done , which is great but the problem I have is I would not have known about it unless I went there for my other services. I just feel like I should have been contacted about the recall and the pourpose.

Service did not completly fix car
Erica from the resolution department contacted me and was wonderful in resolving this issue. The repairs will be done in a timely manner and they were wonderful to give us a car rental in the meantime. I have been a Hyundai customer from the time they first came out and we have always had Hyundais because we love the cars.

He reassured me that my 2014 Sante Fe is in good hands and their in the progress of ordering my new engine and that he will make every effect to get me a rent a car for me to use for as long as it takes for my car to be fix!
