Not COVD-19 friendly
After waiting longer than usual sitting between people not wearing masks I was upset. I have waited in other places during this time and chairs were removed so we were distanced. Most businesses are requiring masks but even the sales employees were not wearing them as they walked through the area. The service people were. Then I was asked to sign my paperwork with a pen that everyone was using but I did not see any sanitizer to use when done. Just very surprised about this at your dealership. If I recommend this service facility I will tell them about my experience. At this time my answer below will be no.

Great customer care
I recently had an unsatisfactory experience. I received a call from one of the employees, Tyler, about my review. I was actually shocked that a company as big and Hyundai would take the time out to rectify an issues which as much business as it gets. Tyler and the Hyundai team went above and beyond. Tyler explained about creating a list so that people would not get skipped along with free oil change and filters. I am grateful that they reached out to me and that a big company still cares about the customers.

Lack of communication and I got skipped.
Scheduled an oil change, It took over an hour and a half and People that were their for oil change after me were finished and check out before me. Not sure why I got passed up. I did hear one of the cars was newer not sure if that is why but I find that unacceptable especially considering I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time.

Facility is clean and comfortable for customers to wait for their vehicles.
We have owned 3 new Hyundai's since 2009 and all of them ran well with general maintenance of which Hyundai service men have completed. Thanks for being number one in our minds.

Friendly service advisors, easy check in, usually on time with scheduled appointment
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me. Service advisors are friendly upon arrival, they explain what the needs are & the quality of the service is also very good, I have no complaints.
The one thing that needs some improvement is the time it takes to make an appointment.

Friendly and courteous
This dealership’s service department is very friendly and courteous. They are prompt. Unfortunately, the software upgrade did not improve the driving experience of my car. At this point, it would be unlikely that I would purchase another Tucson, but this is no fault of the dealer. I feel this is an overall Hyundai issue that needs to be solved.

Great place for service. I would NEVER purchase a car there.
I have been having my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced at St Charles Hyundai pretty much since I purchased the car and specifically request a mechanic that I have grown to trust over the years. I was there yesterday and appreciated the professionalism of my service manager, Bob.

However, In 2010 when looking for a vehicle my wife and I had a particularly horrible experience with the sales department and I WOULD NEVER purchase a car from them. In my opinion they showed themselves to be untrustworthy and dishonest. Among other things I almost had to call the police to get them to return my license after a test drive. Those same people still work in the sales department. Also yesterday as I waited for my vehicle, I observed that none of the sales staff wore masks, despite the requirement being posted on the entries. All of the maintenance wore masks.

So I highly recommend the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SALES DEPARTMENT.
