Overbooking appointments
Overbooking appointments. My time is valuable that is why I book an appointment. I feel the dealership does not value my time. Please do not send me another free oil change we will no be using the dealership for routine service anymore

Dropped my car off for an oil change, 5 minutes before appointment time. When I asked how long it would be I was told " not long" Sat and waited and waited and waited, not once did anyone come and say how long it would be or sorry for the delay, nothing.

Worst customer service!
No customer service. No one went out of their way to find one answer for you... regardless of how busy it is you make it a point to be able to provide customers service at its finest. Even when I expressed my frustration they said oh sorry ... sorry... sorry fixes nothing. Retrain people! Lack of customer service, no follow up with the customer. Remember Hyundai your making money from us as customers. We the customers are the reason you are in business... don't forget that. Treat people as you would like to be treated.

I am very disappointed in Wesley Chapel Hyundai and the service offered. There is a deffinate disconnect between front and back of the house. The detailed information I gave when setting up the appointment was never given to the service department and as a result several things I wanted done were not. Also I asked for and was charged for new windshield wipers and still have the old ones on my car. This organization in my opinion has become unorganized and lacking in there duties. It will be hard for me to return for further service. I don't expect anyone to personally contact me or anyone to read this. If you do convince me to spend more of my hard earned money at your business.

I have mad 6 trips to this dealership for the same issue and it has yet to be resolved. They had my car for over a week and not only the issue still remain there are now additional issue that were t present when I dropped my car off. To add insult to injury the gave me my car back with NO gas in it!!

Mechanics reassemble parts incorrectly.
My associate James was outstanding, he recceived a 5 star from me. However when I left with my car nothing was working on the steering wheel and the wheel offline to the right. It started to rain about an hour later while I was driving annd behold the wipers were'nt working either. I called the dealership and spoke with a sales manager because it was after hours for the maintenance department. I told him about my problems, especially about the wipers, because I had to report to work at 5am, which the wipers are needed that early in the morning due to heavy dew and possibly rain during this rainy season. His reply was that the service dept. is now close so he couldn't do anything. Being a manager I think that his customer service skills need improvement. He could of at least see if he can place me in a loaner of some sort or spoke with someone who can do something. Basicallly he did not care about my issues or safety at all. I tried to make it to work at 5am the following day with no avail because of my non-working wipers. I had to wait till 7am to report to work. James called me the following morning and took care of the problem for me. I appreciate him for that.

Have had the car two months. Professional, polite Service Advisor, but a Tech that abused my car on the test drive (at least pulling out of the dealership from what I witnessed), work that ultimately was not performed correctly, and a Sales Mgr. that only offered to sell me tires - Terrible.
