The service advisor are graded by Hyundai on a 5 star rating and anything less than that is a failing grade, is there anything that we could do to get this corrected? Eckert Hyundai was very helpful in getting my car serviced, they were at the time not my first choice. The dealership in McKinney Texas is severely understaffed and work is piling up. Eckert Hyundai was more than happy to help me out.. very helpful and friendly staff.

quick and timely
60,000 mile service. I was surprised that really nothing was needed other than oil change and tire rotation. They used
to wash my car every time I cam in but that hasn't happened the last cpl visits

We will be more than happy to wash your vehicle anytime you would like.

Just let the service adviser know on drop off, it is a hand wash and it extends your stay around 20 minutes.

Made Appt for Major Service, apparently an Engine Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter needed replacement, was NOT done.
Got a snail mail card saying my vehicle needed an Engine Air Filter and a Cabin Air Filter within a day of my service appointment. WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE AT MY SERVICE APPT?

 I apologize for the confusion, the manufacture sets things by time and miles, We actually look at said parts and replace them if needed. There is no way to know a filter is dirty without seeing it and on your report they are both good. That is why we didn't replace something you didn't need sir.

Great dealer
I went for the first time for an oil change. The customer service is great, it took the time that they told me. And It has a great place to relax while you wait.

The only thing I didn't like, it that my car had a problem with a sensor in a door, which could be fixed there, but they told me to go somewhere else. A little bit disappointed.
