The service advisor are graded by Hyundai on a 5 star rating and anything less than that is a failing grade, is there anything that we could do to get this corrected? Just let the service adviser know on drop off, it is a hand wash and it extends your stay around 20 minutes.

I apologize for the confusion, the manufacture sets things by time and miles, We actually look at said parts and replace them if needed. There is no way to know a filter is dirty without seeing it and on your report they are both good. That is why we didn't replace something you didn't need sir.
