Normally great service.
Great staff, nice and clean waiting area. First time I had an issue with their service. The checklist of services provided said that my tires were checked and were adjusted to the right pressure. Well they weren’t and it wasn’t, tire pressure was 18 psi and turns out I had 2 nails in it.

I waited less time then I thought I would and I was pleased . Would definitely recomend Hyundai Service Dept and Sales. I purchased two new Tucson Limiteds from them.

Each time I go in for service I am met by the advisor very quickly. Pick up is just as easy with a clean washed car to boot! Never try to sell me stuff I don’t need, which I very much appreciate. Staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Great service Department!

Friendly staff. Appointment was on time. I have a lease car so I mostly get oil changed. However, I did have an issue previously, and it was fixed. The waiting area is clean. Everyone wore masks.
