This Hyundai dealership is excellent from the point of sale and with service provided to your car. I have not traditionally been a dealer service kind of guy but this has shifted with this dealership. I likely will buy my next car from this dealership and have it serviced there.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my 11:20 am appointment there were 3 vehicles. Ahead of me. There were 3 employees signing in these vehicles including mine,a few other vehicles were behind me,in no time the whole line was signed in.I expected to wait several hours due to the amount of vehicles ahead of mine ,my vehicle was serviced,washed,front window cleaned,and front interior vacuumed in just over 1 he.This shop is well organized

The service was fine. Staff friendly.

My only issue, first time out for me since Pandamic. I expected to see staff in masks. Customers, was mixed. Older had mask, younger didnt. I thought at the very least, the gentleman who talks to you about your service should have worn mask. Also, woman who is cashier.

Our policy is if a guest is wearing a mask we will wear a mask. We want everyone to feel safe coming in and we are wiping down cars before and after servicing. Also, our cashiers have a plastic shield in front of them to protect our guests. Our service team is dedicated to keeping everyone safe and exceeding your expectations.

Almost 40,000 miles per set of tires. Best deal seems to be at the dealership. Buy 3 by one for a dollar. Going on 8 years with this vehicle. The service department is the best.

My sales experience when I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe it was excellent! My main reason for purchasing this vehicle was because of the quality of service I received on my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. I have been dealing with Hyundai of Saint Augustine since I moved to Saint Augustine in 2012. They are absolutely the best.
