New tires and alignment
I called to see if the buy 3 tires and get the 4th for $1 and it was. The parts person said that there was only 3 tires in stock and the 4th tire would be coming on a truck the following day.
I made the appointment for the following Monday just to be sure the tire came in. When I called
Monday morning I was told the tire had not come in so I had to reschedule until the following
Thursday. If I had not called I would have been very unhappy with the news that the tire had not come in and the service rep would have tried to sell me something else and I would have refused.
I do not want to answer the question about recommending the business.

HORRIBLE
Waited between 2-2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Supervisor present gave multiple excuses and did not act like he cared that the wait was so long. I would simply rather pay slightly more money than waste hours of my time for simple maintenance to be completed.

Our oil change wait times usually average around an hour to complete with the inspection we perform as part of that service, two hours is not acceptable and we need to correct that moving forward. I came in for an oil change and it just would have been nice if they would have washed my car and vacuumed it like I asked and if they did it have the time to they should have let me know during checkout. But besides that it was fine I guess.

Failure to Fix an AC Issue
I have brought my vehicle in four different time to have the AC fixed. They turn the car on, AC comes on, they don't fix just return the car. The AC still sputters and makes a horrid sound or goes out all together.

I see a visit from last November, last March, then this one. Our difficulty lies with the intermittent nature of the concern and not replciating the issue to diagnoise. What I would like to do is place you in a loaner vehicle and have you ride with a technician to verify your issues. If you can capture video of the concern happening as well that would be helpful to see exactly what lights are on the cluster and what noise you're experiencing. Let me know when you would like to come in so we may coordinate the loaner vehicle. I will make our Service Manager, Keith Flynne, aware so he is in the loop. We look forward to hearing from you.

Multiple times lied
I brought my vehicle in for a recall on a sensor. On the way to the dealership, I’ve only had the car a month maybe, the air pressure warning light illuminated so I asked the service professional to have them take a look at the tires when they did the sensor and he said “sure, no problem.”
I came to pick up the car and the professional told me that the tire pressure sensor wasn’t resetting and it may when I drive it a little more. I asked what was wrong and he said that they just put some air into it. As I was driving home I noticed the tire pressure was showing on the display and 3 tires were at 28psi and the fourth was at 26, this was the one causing the error light. I returned home and checked the door jam to verify the recommended psi. The recommended psi is 35. I filled all tires to 35 and the error was eliminated.
Now either the professional lied to me, the technician lied to the professional or the staff is just incompetent. Either way, it is bad because when I purchased the car the “Maintenance Interval” warning came up and when I called they said the technician didn’t reset the computer. This was a loaner and had around 4K miles on it already. But again, the technician was incompetent and couldn’t complete a simple task.

I reported a clicking / tapping sound coming from the front end at startup when cold and provided a recording of this sound. Also reported a rattle in the front end at high speed. Start up sound continues; no opportunity to test for rattle. Still awaiting a call re a loaner so they could keep the vehicle for further evaluation.

I was told at the time of sale that I’d get 1 year of free oil changes. (He knew I was eating a 15k/year lease) at this oil change I was informed it was my last free one even though a year won’t be until August. I am not a fan of telling people whatever they can to sell a car when it’s a lie. I sold cars for many years and did not participate in these kind of tactics. I can get oil changes and other device anywhere so I won’t be coming back here for it.
