service team was excellent
I was not able to make an appointment so I showed up first thing in the morning and Justin was able to get me right in for my oil change and tire rotation. I was out of there in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Justin made my day. Thanks Justin.

Not Happy about lack of Scheduling Times
Was told no oil change times for the next 2 months. BUT I can bring it in BUT I may have to wait up to 4 - 6 hours for it to be completed.

Reliable and trustworthy
This is my preferred location for service and repairs. I have done a few. Prices are comparable, but you know the work will be done properly. I feel comfortable when I drop my car for repairs. I don't feel pressured into additional work.

New Customer Lease and Service
I recently leased my Sonata from Wesley and John Demarco and Will Tousey who are REAL Gentlemen.
The Lease went extremely well and my first Oil service with the 3 year included Maintenance package for my Sonata couldn't have gone any smoother. I was so impressed with all involved being so polite and efficient with the drive up and notification when car was finished and delivered.

Good place to service a car.
Next time I will be more careful reading their coupon. Shop supplies cost need to be clarified. I would suggest a total out-the-door price on offers.
The reason I do service at a dealer is expecting good service from a dealer. To me the work itself is good.

Overall I am pleased with my repair as my extended warranty covered the cost, however, my car could have been washed and vacuumed as it was there for over two weeks. That would have been 5 star service!

The service staff are nice, price is fair and they seem honest, never trying to force me to but something However they seem disorganized when it comes to ordering parts, and they seem to be overwhelmed with work when I call or go in.

Maintenence for 2018 Sonata
Only one issue - after waiting for the suggested time, I asked the rep how much longer and it appeared the car was ready but the paperwork was just lying on a desk. How much earlier is anyone"s guess. Not a big deal.
