Dissatisfied with the new dealer
As I stated throughout this lengthy survey, there have been multiple problems with warranty coverage, sales department standing me up for a visit, difficulty scheduling service, and on and on. The sad part is that when this was an Earnhardt dealership service was outstanding and was the primary reason I returned to buy a second Tucson Hyundai.

Suspicious missing
On my recent visit to the dealer for an oil change, my service adviser told me that my coolant tank cap was missing, but the only ones who have access, check and inspect my car engine, are the mechanics from the dealership, I haven't even wash my car engine yet, not blaming Ken Garff but the previous crew from earndhart Hyundai cause they should found the problem or they were the ones who missed the cap. Now I'll need to spend my money to buy a replacement cap and It's not fair.
