A great place to take your automobile.
I was completely satisfied with the service and some extra benefits added that were added. The car was finished in the timeframe they gave. I feel good about taking my car to the dealership where I purchased the auto.

Excellent recall service
Everything was exceptional from the 1st letter received from Hyundai to the follow up that the part was in, to the scheduling of the appointment to do the work. Have always been pleased with the service of Oxmoor Hyundai since we purchased the Accent Hatchback in 2011. No on but your service department has ever touched her.

Everything was great. Staff was awesome. One thing that could improve is the wait time. I was there almost an hour and a half for an oil change. Other than that it was an awesome experience

My recent experience was wonderful. I worked with young lady by the name of Lacey. she knew exactly what I was referring to when I explained the issue I was having with my Tucson.
She took care of the visit and got my car fixed and returned to me with such ease and professionalism.

Everything went great but was disappointed that I didn't get a reminder sticker from next oil change.
I received a personal phone call from Lacey, which she offered to mail me a sticker.
I really appreciate the great customer service!

Manager kudos
The service manager Lacey is the best one I have ever experienced at Hyundai. During a hours long service for routine maintenance plus brakes, filter change, and wiper blade replacement, she kept me apprised of every key moment. She also was good at selling me three parts I had not intended when I scheduled. Her fine customer relations skills helped soften a delay in getting the proper rotator.

Couldn’t get appointment for 6 weeks.
My car was under warranty and was stalling while in traffic and then was difficult to restart. The service is always good at this facility but not getting an appointment for 6 weeks was not acceptable.

Greasy hand prints
I've taken car here a couple times. Once for an oil change and another for warranty work. Both times I had greasy hand prints on or in my car upon return. The last time I was there was for warranty work. This time they left the cover that says turbo off my engine laying in the passenger floorboard.
