attention to detail
I had to call to get two replacement nuts and a missing bolt. It was on the paperwork to replace missing nuts on engine cover and after the oil leak repair and they forget to check all the paperwork. If they had I wouldn't have had to call them back for the parts.

I will say that they were friendly and did work to fix the issues.

Tire or Wheel bearing noise?
One of the service managers in Voss Hyundai helped me get to get an appointment and he advised me that the noise is not from the wheel bearings and it was from the tires. Thanks for checking all the tires.

Wheel / Tyre noise not rectified
when i asked about coupons to be applied for the bill (which was done for my earlier services), the guy who completed the service was kind of rude. This basic thing has to be taken care. If it is not acceptable, they could have told directly to me, instead of that he just repeated the bill amount and was rude. Thats not a behavior you should be showing to your customers!

First Impression Means Everything These Days
First impression means everything these days. Brought my car in to get engine light looked at. We already knew what the code was but wanted a dealer to tell us what they thought it was. We ended up declining service. Brought our car home that night got underneath to inspect what they was talking about and notice one of my hoses wasn't plugged back in and one of my wire harness was snapped to keep it secured to the box.

So back to first impression. The facility was nice and clean, all of the people there was polite and respectful to us. We was able to create our appointment online with no issues. Our only complaint is just because we declined your service doesn't mean it's okay to cause damage and not put hoses back where they should have been. Because of this we will probably find another Hyundai dealer to buy our car from and do repairs if needed.

I wanted to go over the concerns that you had about your visit. Did you receive a copy of your multi point inspection at the time of check out? I would be glad to go over the information on that with you. I will also follow up with your advisor about you not getting the information communicated to you.

We do on occasion have to adjust the seat so the tech can move the cars in and out of the bays during service and try to get them back as close as we can I apologize for the inconvenience.

When the batteries are tested during the inspection we also do have to turn off the auto headlights to get an accurate test result, but we should have turned it back on after the test. I will make sure your tech is aware that he did not turn yours back on.

Recall notice for computer upgrade.
My Hyundai was brought in to upgrade the computer under a recall notice. There was no problem with the vehicle prior to the recall. The service staff was courteous and completed the upgrade in less than an hour. Waiting area was comfortable and complementary water was available. No problems.

Very pleased with Voss Hyundai service department.
I bought my car at Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai and have not had one favorable service department experience. My concerns were ignored and excuses made. I was done with them and went to Voss. Very different story. They fixed the problem immediately and with no fuss. They did everything to make sure I was satisfied. The facility was very nice. I will continue to go here even though it is a half hour away. It is worth it, and my next purchase will also be made at Voss.

My complaint is not with the service at Voss Hyundai. I am frustrated with a design feature. I brought my car in for service because my ESC light came on and remained on. The mechanic did attempt to recalibrate the sensor with the steering wheel but was unsuccessful. I was then told that the cost of repair may exceed $1500 because the entire steering column must be removed to access the sensor. I was told that it is safe to drive the car, but I will no longer have stability control. I am concerned that the loss of the stability control will greatly affect the value of my car, particularly because it had exceptionally low mileage for a nine-year- old car. . So much for trading it in for a new Venue.
