Don't give this place too much to do. One problem at a time and stick to what you scheduled. If you give them a "while I have it here, can you check...?" they will forget to do it.

Car has a fundimental failure in a simple function but dealership unable to fix design flaws in the car
The dealership corrected the issues related to the oil problems I had and was able to confirm that both the car's design and my treatment by bluelink were unacceptable but was unable to correct those issues or influence them. They sympathized with my issues with their product but we ultimately unable to affect a correction to the issue. I do appreciate their efforts to correct the issue that they had control over.

It is unfortunate that people make mistakes. We try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and understand that people do make mistakes and often times the experience ends on a positive note regardless of the mistake. We are not perfect, but we are the most outgoing Hyundai Dealership and we love to helping people. Maybe you can forgive us for not tightening a screw and give us another try.

We just moved to Birmingham so we didn't have an existing relationship with Tameron Hyundai. We came in for recall work, and they identified additional items that needed our attention. Everything was completed within the day and communication was good. Overall, we would recommend.
