We're glad you enjoyed your time with Zach, he is a great tech and we are very fortunate to have him on our team. It is curious that only after we did the rotate and balance that the meandering presented itself. With the exception of considerable tire pull, there really shouldn't be anything in the rotate or balance that would introduce a pull. Reviewing the specs measured before and after the alignment, it clearly was out but still doesn't explain well how within 2 weeks of service you started feeling the pull.
Mysteries abound.
