The worst experience I have every had at any dealership while waiting for service. Foul-mouthed employee's, employee's getting into physical altercations and my vehicle not serviced properly. I'll just spend the time, effort and money to drive to Roseville Hyundai in Sacramento, from our home in the LA area where they really know what customer service is all about. Puente Hills Hyundai needs to send their employee's up to Roseville to learn how to do it right!!! Don't waste your time taking your vehicle to Puente Hills!

Everyone here is always very kind. They give thorough explanations for what's being done to my car and are always considerate of my time. Plus free hot dogs and pop corn? You can't beat that!

Great service on a warranty repair
Go to love that 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. When the engine light came on 3years after buying the car, I immediately panicked and braced nyself for a heft repair bill, I then realized that my car, unlike the competitikon had a 5 year bumper to bumper warrant. I rolled in Puente Hills Hyundai and got it fixed with very helpful and courteous service from Jason the service writer and an excellent service technician working behind the scenes. Thank you!
