Sean Tolten was awesome
Ever since I had to get my engine replaced Sean Tolten has ALWAYS been very professional very nice and patient with me. I will continue to come get all services done because of his kindness. He always looks out for me and I will recommend everyone I know to get their car serviced at this location.

My service tech was great it’s a heavy set male that’s at the front desk he doesn’t speak when you enter his demeanor is horrible towards customers and everyone was speaking about it

I always love coming to Pohanka Hyundai to have my car service. Sean Tolson the service advisor is knowledgeable about the services I need to keep my 2012 Santa Fe running smooth and safe and the only one I interact with every time I need it service, not that the other service advisors are not knowledgeable about my vehicle he is the only one that I am comfortable with from the first time I have taken my vehicle in for service. on top of this he give you personal chair side visit to go over (when you waiting for your vehicle) what service is require. and I would like to add besides the service advisors , seating, and vending machines and coffee/tea are the free ice cream sandwiches....yum (cookies would be nice...again.
