The area wasn't as clean as it used to be. Coffee area was duty no napkins. Sales advisers did not prompt or greeted eventhough there was only two customers.

I was surprised to see what seemed like a completely new team in the service department given that I thought the old team did a pretty good job. Well that is exactly what I discovered. The old team did a good job. The new team lead by new best friend, Jaqueline, seems to be home run hitters. Can you believe that at 70,000 miles, the service department had never checked my cabin air filter? That was just the beginning. Since I've never had anyone else service my Hyundai Sonata, I pray that this was not a "one timer".
