Replace burned out brake light bulbs and charged twice $25.00 when they were changed within 3 weeks.
I never had this problem before at freedom when Eric savage was on top of it.
That Why i bought 2 Hyundai sonatas in within a 2 yr. period and also had my son buy a new vehicle this past yr.
My wife also bought a vehicle when savage was at 724 yrs. ago and my oldest brother bought 2 Hyundai accents in the last 8 yrs. at freedom.

very eazy people to deal with
My car was brought in as soon as I got there and the dealership found that my car was missing five re-call fixes and fixed them all on one visit. Very professional in the way the whole appointment went.

Airbag sensor recall
Service manager was extremely friendly but my airbag light is still on...will be calling on Monday to see how I can get that taken care of. Facility was clean and the staff seemed to be very personable.

Service Fine But Future Service Shock
The only thing that was disappointing is that I was there a few weeks before to have the head lamp replaced which was not planned. When I left I asked about service that is needed for the car from the last oil change because I declined some of the service and I was informed that nothing was needed. As I am waiting for a simple oil change I was informed that the 75,000 mile service is recommended and was declined last oil change with a total of over $600 which I was not prepared for. I had to decline again and now wait until the inspection/oil change at 80,000. It is quite a shock when a customer is expecting a $50 total and then service is needed costing over $600 let alone the time it will take to complete the service which I was not prepared for. I wish I would have been told what was needed when I asked before not have it sprung on me waiting for a simple oil change.

I can understand your confusion.  When inquiring about an upcoming service, we should have provided you with a maintenance guide printout. That did not happen. I apologize for that.

Service is on time . Workers are very helpful and courteous.
Have just one complaint. Could not get my complimentary car wash, because the worker was finished for the day. My appointment was at 2pm. But overall the service is good!

Great communication and quick service
My car was towed to Freedom Hyundai. They communicated with me the following morning and even though I didn't have an appointment, they looked at my car and had it ready the same day. Although I had to leave it again after driving it a few miles, they fixed it the following morning and apologized for the inconvenience. The customer service was superb.

No one answered the phone. Later I was transferred all over the place as the folks either don't know how to use the phones or simply didn't want to help me. A couple of days later, I made the connection to Hyundai service and had a quality visit

My appointment was taken on time. I was provided a loaner vehicle to go shopping while my car was being serviced. The service was completely quickly. There could have been better communication between the salesman and service manager prior to my arrival.

I would NOT recommend getting the complimentary car wash. My car was cleaner before they touched it. My windows we’re so spotty that I couldn’t see out of the. I even had to Windex my side mirrors. It’s as if they used dirty, soapy water and just left it on there.
