Always Excellent Service!!!
I always receive excellent service when I got to Pohanka Hyundai. I never have to wait long, and I'm always treated as if I am the only one they have to wait on (even though I know I'm not!!) They always roll out the red carpet!!! My technician, Sean, is the greatest. He always has a smile for you.He listens to you, answers your questions, and will always explain everything to you in terms that you can understand!! If/When I need to get another car, this will be the place that I will go!!

Look out for un authorized work
My service rep try to add on a carbon cleaning w/o Explaining the need Or seeking my permission. The cleaning would have cost me an additional $150. Not cool at all.

I love this dealership. It’s always nice and clean. The customer is alway great. They keep you informed with every step of your maintenance repair time. My cars are repaired and returned to me within the hour or by the end of the day.

Every time I come in I’m always greeted nicely / professionally & service is always done in a timely fashion. My only complaint is the women in service, specifically the one who handles payment & the other one that sits when you first walk in could use more training on customer service skills. Other than that this is my go to Hyundai
