We found that the Superior Hyundai Service Team in Oxford/Anniston AL is a great team for fixing our car. They were kind & professional and did a timely & complete repair for us. They were very honest, treated us with respect & integrity. We highly recommend them & will go back to them for any service repairs that we may need in the future.
Over all review was excellent .Got car in and out at a reasonable time frame Customer services was great.Nice young ladies at front desk was very helpful.
Aside from a couple of recall issues that were promptly addressed I have had a rough cold start when the weather first starts turning cold. Even when the Service Technicians aren't able to duplicate my complaint they are courteous and respectful when attempting to find the problem. The Service desk personnel are always on top of things and very knowledgeable about Service issues.
I have been doing business with the various Superior dealerships in Anniston, Alabama since their inception over 20 years ago. I have purchased many vehicles and exclusively use their service department. In my experience they are and have been second to none. Even when a turnover in personnel has occurred I detected no loss of quality of sales or service. Their long-standing consistency is impressive and motivating. The owners and managers definitely know how to run an exceptional collection of automotive dealerships.
I use this dealership for all service needs for my Santa Fe. Scheduling has been timely and the services rendered has been satisfactory and efficient. I live around 40 miles from the dealership but I feel comfortable based upon prior experience to travel this distance to receive service I can trust.Their recommendations have always been reasonable and understandable except for warranty information for new tires purchased there.
Did not put oil back in car and ruined my engine. Denied it!!! Asked them to pull cameras and they said they would and then said they didn’t have any in that department! I have video and documentation from another Hyundai dealer verifying my statement… totally unacceptable.
