Dealership was very clean
I only had one complaint, and that was the waiting time to check my battery (3 hours), but I was told that when you go in for service, they check everything, so this makes me feel better.

The manager apologized for the incident described previously and has promised to restore some of the benefits that had been promised to me when I initially bought my vehicle.He also threw in a bonus for goodwill.I hope everything will be fine from now on although I have some doubts based on previous experience.I'm giving a qualified 5 star rating for now.

rude manager
Took my car so they can replace engine for burning too much oil.Picked it up and check engine light was on and passenger rear view mirror was scraped.I was told I was a liar for daring to report the scrape,but finally ,the manager agreed to fix it by painting it over.

The service people are very helpful.
When I bought the car I was supposed to have bluelink. Free for 1 year ,but it was never connected to it. I went back and they did give me 5 months. I found that the salesman was very nice, but the closers were inpatient and very pushy. And I didnt expect to have problems so soon!

The experience was great got to the facility was greeted by service tech he checked my car and was done in a jiffy. I sat down with an agent he explained and showed me what services was needed. I elected to do one of the other services along with the oil change I came in for. I really like the service that I received.

Re - verify what was written phone number in the work order. Sometimes phone in the work order is more accurate than the phone when it was buy.

Not bad
Pricey when it comes to turbo vehicle but you gotta pay to keep your car running at top shape.
Prices for parts are good, but overall labor prices need to be dropped or bundled together.
Also, why does one have to pay a whole hour of labor ($170) to change a head light bulb? They build the veloster vehicle to where one cannot change it on their own. You literally need to remove the bumper to do that. This should not cost $170 to do.

Service experience
Service advisor was outstanding and he helped me with all my service needs, I gave him a 5 stars. I was just disappointed to see no better sign in service still after years of suggestions. When I was there, there were 3 people there and more came after me and I had to track for myself that I am #4 in line. I didn’t really wanted to stay in the crowd but was afraid I would loose my turn. This issue can be simply solved if there is a sign in sheet inside and service rep can called out who is next based on sign in sheet. This is the main reason I didn’t give overall a 5 stars rating.
