Lemon

Since I purchased this van new in 2006, I have had 14 recalls. The dealer seems to not be able to get the parts I am supposed to have fixed. I have had to replace the transmission, at 18,000 miles, the dealer said it was my fault, AAMCO said it was not. I have had to replace the brake pads and rotors. My van only has 30,000 miles on it at this time. I am holding my breath to see what happens next.

have had problems I never thought would have bought used payed too much for year and mileage not even paid off and not sure what to expect in the future front wheel came off now having problem with brake system

Chrysler Town and Country 2008

This vehicle has great cargo capacity and is easy to handle. Most of the hard plastic trim on the exterior has fallen off and there is a LOT of interior road noise. Most annoying factor for me is the lack of a cabin air filter. The fresh air and A/C filters the air but to use the defroster there is no filter. So, I have inhale the exhaust of all the vehicles in front of me in order to run the heater which removes the fog from the windshield so I can see where I am driving. Best thing about the vehicle is the roomy interior.

Dealer Cash Cow

I was taken the Van back to the dealer for all the maintenance. The last time I took it to the dealer, they said I needed oil seals and transmission seals because there were leaks. They wanted several hundred dollars to repair. Well, I park the Van in a garage with a cement floor, and there was no oil on the floor. So I took it to another repair shop, and they found nothing wrong, so I still have the same seals. Never to the dealer..!! What a rip off..!! The first few times, I just paid, but not now.

My m minivan review

I ennoy my vehicle and the fact that through CSG, I can enniy my service experience while learning about it at the same time. The cost savings are unreal, and I recomnend this business to Anyone loking for a good service garage.

I keep buying these things.

We bought our 5th T&C / DCX Van last year. You can't beat the utility of these vehicles for cargo or passengers. Drive-ability, comfort, interior room, sound system, noise, visibility are excellent. The 2008 T&C has 165000 miles and thank God a lifetime power train warranty. I have used it. These vehicles are not trouble free even when maintained to factory recommendations. The HVAC fans and brakes are especially prone to replacement.

We purchased our Town & Country van used in 2012. It is a handicapped equipped van which is what we needed.

Since this van came equipped as a handicapped accessible van (with automatic load ramp and leveling features) it will tend to ne rated a little differently than a normal family van. It has a spacious cargo bay for a wheelchair person so there are no middle row seats. Needless to say, it has a large storage capacity when there is no wheelchair in the van. He have been very pleased with the service of this Town & Country van.

Roomy and very functional.

My Chrysler Town & Country mini van is a great all-around multipurpose unit. The van is phenomenal out on the highway. It is fully loaded with all factory options which make it extremely comfortable and fun to drive.

Ole Reliable

Bought our 2008 Town and Country new. Still have it after 178,000 miles. Only issue was factory brakes. Changed to lifetime and no issues since. Trim on stow away seats in rows 2 and 3 came off. Hoping to make it to 350,000 miles!

I like the Van.

I did not know how much I liked the Van until I rented a vehicle without all the features I have on my Van. Like everything about it except that the brakes were for a smaller Van and only last for about 17,000 miles. My 2008 still has all the features and they still work.

Reliable.

We have 150,000+ miles on the van. I add a half quart of oil at 2000 miles and change it at 4000 miles. When new, we purchased a lifetime “best” warranty from Chrysler/MoPar which has prolonged our confidence in the vehicle. Though we have had excellent reliability from the vehicle, we have had a few repairs including front (recall) and rear wheel bearings replaced and a leak in the rear heater coolant line set. The cost for covered repairs is $100 to me and it works better to have more than one “repair” issue each time— if it is possible. It’s still $100. They don’t offer that warranty any longer. My lasting comment to our salesman when he thinks we should upgrade is “I’m waiting for the transmission to fail. Then I am calling to have them pick the car up, haul it in, replace the transmission so I can come to pick it up after paying my $100 invoice”. He smiles and offers me a cup of coffee.

2008 T & C LIMITED

This vehicle is a real pleasure to drive. The visibility is excellent thanks to the large windshield. The side mirrors are electrically adjustable with a touch of a button. All windows, doors, sunroof and hatchback are automatic also.Last, but not least is the ride and comfort. I wish Chrysler would still offer this model.

Essential for a Grandma with 4 grandsons!!

I bought my 2008 Chrysler T & C used; it had 40,000 miles on it. Now, it has 130,000+ miles because I take my grandsons on an annual road trip of 1 - 2 weeks. We've gone on many and runs like a champ. I'm fortunate to have found a really good mechanic who lets me know what it needs before it becomes a problem. I've bought Chrysler vehicles all my driving years - Dodges and a Plymouth. This is my first Chrysler and I love it!

2008 Chrysler T&C limited

This vehicle is nicely equipped with all the available options. It is phenomenal out on the highway as well as in the city. This time of the year the heated seats, front and rear are awesome. The mini-van is a real pleasure to drive and I would definitely buy it again.

Chrysler Town and Country Touring car

We enjoy the comfort, and space. The fact that seats fold down it works well for traveling. We would buy another Town and Country when we need a newer car.
