Dodge does not back up their product!
Vehicle has been a nightmare since hitting 70000 miles. This particular has a known issue shared by Durango and some other Dodge models of this year and some other years. Don’t take my word for it, read some of the horror stories online. Some models were issued recalls but not the Dodge Grand Caravan. I spent thousands at the Suresky dealership but they never fixed the issue. Soaked me for a new key, replaced a sensor, replaced the battery, and replaced alternator. Issue was never fixed. I am left with an incompetent dealership ( who during one of my many visits misplaced the hood that goes over the engine but insisted it was not them and never replaced it) and a manufacturer who does not back up their product. The only good thing to come out of this experience is My sons bought Subaru’s instead of Dodge vehicles and have had pleasant experiences at the dealerships. Subaru is a great vehicle and a class company!
