Noise level.

Vehicle noise is too great at highway speeds. You have to turn the radio up real high at highway speed and then it blows you away when you slow down or come to a stop.

Vehicle quality

My Santa-fe is a great car. Very economical to drive. Lots of comfort items are already installed, such as heated and cooled seats, panoramic sun roof, AM,FM CD player with SeriouXM Satillite radio. Car if extremely quiet, and the gas milage is phenomonal. Only issue is I bought this as a new car, with 5,000 miles, and Motor Vehicle registered it as a Used Car, even though it was only owned by Garvey, and had no other owner.

3rd year with the Santa Fe Sport

Three years now with the Santa Fe and the only complaints was a squeaky seat, which was fixed and had to replace the battery the last service interval. There has been no service recalls which I think is quite impressive.

Comfortable and spacious

I wanted something bigger than a car but smaller than a SUV. I was at a gas station and asked a gentleman what he thought of his Hyundai Santa Fe? He said that it was his third one. He loved them that much. So I went and bought mine that day and haven't regretted it since.

Great car

The car is very well built, with solid body, excellent feel while driving, and great reliability. Only problem is the very harsh ride that comes with the 19" wheels and tires. If I had realized how poorly it would react to our bumpy streets I would have opted for the regular suspension. Other than that, this is an outstanding vehicle and we really enjoy driving it.

Windshield Wipers work when they want to

I love my Hyundai Santa Fe! I have less than 30K miles on it and it runs amazingly....except for the windshield wipers. They work when they want to. I have taken it in for service and asked for the to find the cause of the issue but no cause has been found. The last service lasted hours which was fine..but they still could not find the problem. I have been told to bring the vehicle back in "when it is doing it"....but that is not very convenient...Who wants to run their vehicle in the rain with no windshield wipers? My vehicle had to have a warm engine before they will decide to work. Again, not very convenient to have to warm the vehicle up before heading out to work. I suspect with warmer weather heading our way this won't be an issue..until Fall and Winter and I will have to deal with this annoyance once again. My experience with the service technicians has been amazing, very courteous and polite.

Hyundai Santa Fe

We bought the Santa Fe because of its size and what it offered in features. We got the Tech Package and it had a lot more than the Morano that we were looking at in comparison for the money. The Morano was more and had less. The Santa Fe has worked out great. It has a good, comfortable ride but is a little under powered with the 4 cylinder. The turbo was more money but would've been more spirited on the freeway. The steering is a little wormy for me as it wants to wonder as it goes down the freeway. I have had it aligned and that helped but I think it is the tires. They need to be replaced with some nice Michelines. With all the amenities it offers, my wife is very happy with it. Its the car she drives everyday to work. And she loves the blind spot warning.

The one

Stylish, many amenities, beautiful paints (need a good blue, though nothing garish. I get many complements on the vehicle and am asked what it is? Mine is the pearlescent white, sparkles in the sun. The 2.4 liter engine is slightly underpowered though. You really need to bring back the 6cyl option. I especially like the keyless feature. You fumble with a key or fumble with a fob. Keyless, no fumble! All in all, great. I will probably buy another.

Love my 2013 Santa Fe

The Santa Fe handles very nicely and is the perfect size for a family of 4 adults, has been reliable in all weather, and has had little service needs beyond routine maintenance. The transmission sometimes seems to shift at odd intervals and the fuel efficiency is right where advertised (not particularly great for a mid size car in 2013). My only specific complaint is the rearview camera is incredibly useful when backing, but pauses for a second right after you start reversing, which is the exact time you need it.
