Good car for the price

I have the 2018 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate edition, and overall It is a solid car. Far better than the 2014 Nissan rouge SL that I had, which by the way is still the same generation of rouge sold today. If I was going to compare them, then the santa fe sport ultimate is far better in engine power, leather quality, build quality and safety features. For example the 2014 rouge SL had very poor build quality, the doors had no weight to them and the plastic trim molding on the inside of the doors had nothing behind them and could be pressed in all the way to the metal of the door, while the santa fe sports doors have weight to them and are solid.

Very pleased with my Santa Fe

I`ve had my Santa Fe for just a few months. Overall i am very pleased with my purchase. I was very upset when a rear guard in the under carriage broke loose and hung under the car. Duct tape worked! I took it to the dealership and it was repaired but not replaced. I like the looks and design. Handles very nicely. Interior is quite attractive with nice features. The seats are comfortable . Amazing how many are out on the road!

My review of the Sante Fe Sport

The Sante Fe Sport rides as smooth as any SUV I test drove. Easy to handle, decent acceleration and love the blind spot warning. Comfortable seating as well. The mileage is not quite as good as advertised

This is our 3rd Hyundai ,,, overall very satisfied ,,, the newest (2018 Santa Fe) has great everything except acceleration ...and the display is overly complicated to get to regular items (stations), speed by number (instead of gauge.

Sante Fe

Overall, satisfied with the vehicle ~ mats in the vehicle are not good quality. The mat on the driver's side is fraying around the whole frame of the mat. You can tell by how thin the mats are that they will not last long, especially with our winters. The rest of the mats are okay, because I don't have high volume traffic in my vehicle. t

Great car!

I was a Toyota person. But after renting a Santa Fe my husband and I had a change of heart and realized Hyundai gave them a run for the money. I would definitely buy another Hyundai vehicle. They are overall spacious, comfortable vehicles to drive.

Happy with Vehicle

I recently returned from a 4600 mile driving vacation with my family. The Santa Fe Sport was perfect every day and every mile. Decent gas mileage (hi-20s) and excellent comfort. I have the smaller engine and it was more than adequate in all circumstances.

Great car!

I love my car, the only problem with it is the interior is just a little small with as tall as I am. However, my height is usually been a problem for me. Such a great value though. I really can't ask for much better of a product.

Great vehicle.

Love my 2018 Santa Fe Sport! Amenities are great! Easy driving! And sharp looking! My only concern is the gas mileage, I only receiving 18 miles per gallon city. This is the same as my 2013 Santa Fe Sport was. The dealer sticker showed it as being much higher. I believe it should be much higher for the new models of 2018. I find this to be a major concern to me.

Very comfortable, and very quiet. Good stereo sound.Wish MPG would have been better.Headlight should have been little brighter.Look in the rear should been better looking.Simple to operate. Over all,very good vehicle.

Nice vehicle!

Truly like the vehicle but enjoyment is tarnished by unresolved vibration issue. Will certainly give it five stars when service department resolves vibration issue. Next week it will go in for it's third try. Unfortunately now approaching lemon law decision...

Great Value!

I love my Santa Fe. I’m very happy with my purchase and can only give you a few things that have come to my attention. I wish the headlights came LED. The lights are not as bright in the darkest of roads or highways. Also, I’d like to see the windshield wipers revamped. They are not effective in hurricane rain..yes, sometimes we have hurricane rain and I have to drive in it. I would also say they on both my Santa Fe’s the driver door opens in a way that makes me think it’s not aligned. I have had a hard time adjusting to the gas mileage which is worse than I expected. I wasn’t paying attention and read the combined highway and road mileage instead of the separate mileage listings. I have the turbo and it’s less than stellar on gas. I do love all the options that I have as compared to the other competing models. There isn’t an option that I wish I had. I love the panoramic roof, the heated/cooled seats and my favorite the 369 camera. This car has a good amount of cargo space and space for passengers in the second row is really accommodating. I also like the blue link and I use it a lot but I would like to see them offer a discount when you subscribe to multiple features. I would also like to see the come with rubber mats. This is a family type car and kids destroy everything in their path or wake..I like the instrument panel and I infortainment system, however, some options are difficult to find and I think it could use some tuning to make it more intuitive. I had service people have trouble finding things like language.. a simple setting but not so simple to find. It would be nice to personalize the screen for instance, change color or font size and change options. Pandora vs. Spotify.

I wish it had more safety features like rear view camera should have a sound when someone or something is approaching too close and more usb plugs because there is none in the back for passengers . I have passengers in the back very disappointed because they had nowhere to charge there phone the had to use the one in the front one person at a time.

Santa Fe review

Overall a nicely appointed vehicle. Steering is too sensitive compared to most front wheel drive cars so it takes some getting used to. Don’t like the online app, but the car seems well made. The power is lacking a bit but that is to be expected. There is a lot of room so that’s Good.

What else is wanted in this wonderfully loaded car.

While my husband and I are delighted in the ride and ammenitees in our Sante Fe Sport, we would appreciate floor lighting (operated by switch or door opening) at times to view floor. Remote side close light view mirrors would be appreciated given our external mirrors do pertrude when parked in narrow slots at public parking lots, running risk of them getting scraped. All of the alerts engaged when driving are very helpful. We esp. appreciated the exceptional forward and backup cameras... far more resolution than those of many other brands. The caution aidible alerts when backing up are greatly appreciated!... missing in our first choice car(Murano).. Expectedly, the ride is a bit “hard” although I eoukd prefer a bit dofter pne.

2018 Santa Fe sport

This is the first new vehicle that I have purchased with only myself in mind! It is very comfortable and safe to drive. My last vehicles were 18 years old when I retired them, so you can see that I needed to familiarize myself with each new feature. I have been told by my passengers that the back seat is roomy and the seats recline. The cargo area is just what I wanted. Overall I am pleased.

Wonderful Ride

When I 1st saw this car I fell in love. It has a great ride I've had no issues with it on our dirt road. Lots of room for my 6' husband. Just enough room in the back. Lots of little cubbies for little things. I just wish that it had the push button for the tailgate.
