I really like my 2020 Tucson, but I have a problem.
I really enjoy my new 2020 Tucson. My salesman was very good and helpful. After I received the email from Hyundai on Feb. 7, 2020, telling me about the Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance for 3 years, I called him. Sadly, he told me that my new 2020 Tucson was purchased too soon (Nov. 2019) and that I am not entitled to enjoy the 3 years of no-cost maintenance because I bought my car before February 1, 2020. That seems unfair as it is still a brand new 2020 vehicle. My last car was a new Toyota Camry, and I really enjoyed 3 years of no-cost maintenance with them for that vehicle. I think Hyundai leadership should review this situation, and let those of us with a 2020 vehicle be able to enroll in this maintenance program for free too.
