Dissatisfied

We have had this vehicle for 3 months, purchased it new and a few weeks ago we noticed 2 small slits in the driver seat material. The tears were found during my weekly cleaning routine. Knowing that we had in no way caused the issue, I went online and found that many owners were complaining about the same issue. I took the car in for an inspection and was told they would do nothing about it, even after I was assured that it should be covered by warranty. I contacted Hydaui Consumer Affairs and was told to find another dealership to take it to, because they were sure it would be covered by warranty. My experience with this vehicle at this point is not favorable.

Nanny mode overreacts

The car runs great and most of the features work well but the driver “assist” features are actually dangerous. On more than one occasion, the forward collision prevention system has slammed in the breaks for no reason and nearly caused me to be rear ended.

Big on the inside but rides small on the outside.

Our 2025 Tucson is our 3rd Hyundai, after owning 2 SanteFes we downsized slightly, but upgrade the model trim with enhanced safety and comfort features. We will never own another car in Wisconsin without heated seats and steering wheel! The 8-speed Transmission is matched very well to the 4-cylinder engine and we are never left without enough umph when needed.

2025 Tucson

I love my Tucson. I feel very safe driving & feel like I have a better view at intersections. I like that I can have the same apps from my iPhone on the interior screen. However, there is one feature I intensely dislike: You need to take a coffee break!! I understand the intent behind it but it is an extreme nuisance. It might come on 5 times in an hour & never the next time. I feel that the driver should have the option to disable it. Other than that I LOVE my Tucson.
