Love the accessories but what is going on with electronics?

The modem was not working when I bought the car, and I was led to believe I just needed to call Blue Link to resolve the issue. This was not the case. The whole unit had to be replaced by the dealer. Also, the car had a recall that I was not made aware of. The new car had a dead battery when I returned from a trip. I called AAA to get it started. It is now in the shop for days while they try to find out why there is a battery discharge from external devise. Nothing is pluged in by me to cause this. This is a dissapointment because the car would be great without this worry if I need to purchase an extended warrenty becuase of these issuse on a brand new car.

I’m very pleased with the experience

The design feels modern and sleek, and the interior is surprisingly spacious for a compact SUV. The touchscreen and controls are easy to use, and I really appreciate the amount of standard safety features Hyundai includes. The ride is smooth and comfortable, especially for city driving and longer trips. The engine is fine for everyday use, but it’s not the most exciting if you’re looking for speed. What stands out most is the value — between the features, warranty, and overall comfort.

This Tucson is electronically more advanced than my previous Tucson (2018), as I would expect it to be. Despite a perceived slowdown in the auto market, the vehicle price and loan rates offered were to me, on the high side.
