Software deal breaker

the driver alert software is inaccurate, irritating and a deal breaker. Because neither I nor the dealer can disable it, I will never recommend a Hyundai product to anyone. I have a 2004 and a 2020 Santa Fe in addition to the 2026 Tucson. The Tucson has many excellent interior and exterior features. If the driver alert system was disabled I'd give a much higher rating. But to give a customer, who has spent over $39,000 a totally horrible piece of software and no way to disable it, is total disrespect.

This is my 7th Hyundai, so I like the value of your product I really dislike the permanent key fob in this model - it changes my experience I also find the entire dashboard not as intuitive as it could be I am disappointed in my total experience because of these

2026 Taylor Tucson

Overall the Tucson rides well and is comfortable. Heating cabin in winter took too long. Phone charger does not charge very quickly. Still learning many of the electronic warnings and settings.

Nothing special about this suv

Very disappointed in it’s over performance, noisy and no where as smooth a ride as my 2023 Santa Fe..Slow acceleration. Would have leased another Santa Fe but the new design leaves a lot to be desired. If I had driven it for a whole day I would have never leased it.

2026 Tucson Limited

Overall the vehicle is great, with one exception. The lighting for accessories (A/C, heated/cooled seats, etc) is extremely dim and difficult to read in daylight. Additionally, the back lighting for the map display on the home screen is always black, and can not be adjusted, which makes it difficult to read in daylight.
