What I wanted

Was looking at a used Santa Fe when I was shown this new Tucson. One test drive and I signed. If there was anything I could pick at would be the power I’ve had 4 cylinder cars before and just wish it had more horsepower but that’s not a deal breaker. I do feel like even if you buy the SE model you should get the engine sound deadening cover but apparently Hyundai feels differently. Overall I enjoy the features and comfort.

Setting up the information center features needs a serious customer service review. Changing the driver seat settings is a nightmare and the auto stop needs upgrade to always run default.

Tucson Hyundai Remarkably Stylish

Since I purchased my Tucson Hyundai on April 3, 2026, I have loved driving it. I feel good looking at my car to sitting inside. It’s very easy to operate, from Apple CarPlay to Navigation. My Tucson has a smooth ride with the added features of assisting me with everything happening on the outside. Overall great car.

Disappointed

The electrical parts of this Tucson are aggravating. Radio goes in and out constantly. The computerized options are very difficult to figure out. Something as simple as operating the radio. I look online at your owner’s manual and the physical in the car. I ask a question it answers telling to go somewhere that doesn’t exist. It constantly blinks the WATCH The road message. Tries to stop me when I don’t want stop. It’s going yo get me into a wreck.

My second Tucson, it’s much louder than my first m.

Car is loud when in idle than my first Tucson, people comment and ask me if something is wrong with my car. This was even the first week of having it. My car also skips its shifting gears, just not as happy with this one.

Extra safety features are awesome

Our Tucson Limited is much more car than our Buick Encore. Quieter and smoother ride. The turbocharger on the Encore was a money pit on repairs. So glad the Tucson is a naturally aspirated engine.
