A new Toy for me
On February 14, 2026, Hubby and I decided to take a ride to Coconut Creek Auto Mall, located at 4960 North State Road 7 in Coconut Creek, Florida 33073. We were having issues with our only car, a Honda Accord from the year 2012 and Hubby said it’s finally time to get you a new ride. I needed something I could afford monthly. I was leaning more towards an SUV or a Truck to fit 5 people comfortably. I was looking for a vehicle that was spacious inside followed by little leg room, comfy seats and a few nice features inside. Also, a nice trunk space for when I go shopping or just carry stuff in your trunk. We always finance our vehicles but chose to lease this time around due to personal future reasons. We decided to take a 15 minutes’ drive to Coconut Creek Auto Mall. We always see on the tv & social media advertisements like Instagram and Facebook. We see a lot of sales going on, so we wanted to see for ourselves. As soon as we parked in the front, we walked in and was greet by a young man named Imad Mheiche. This Sales Consultant was so professional, he welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He introduced himself and acknowledged our presence in the lobby. He asked what brought us in today. We explained to him what we were looking for and most importantly he listened to our needs, he asked a few good questions and suggested and recommended to us a few options to see. We explained to him the incentives we saw on the site and social media and wanted to see it live for ourselves. He asked my husband and I to follow him to the show room where he wanted to show us our options as to what we were looking for and the colors on the Suv/Truck and the features that were important to me. As I am the one driving the car to and from work. Once I decided on the Suv and the color, Imad suggested that I go for a test drive with my husband to see if I like the way it feels and drives. He was very trustworthy and confident that we would bring the car back as we joked about it. I chose the 2026 Tuscon SLE FWD color ultimate red, interior seat color black/black. Once we narrowed it down on a few that we saw and tested, we went back to an office to discuss the financial part of it. This was an easy, quick, clear process and we were happy to see a clear breakdown. It did take a few hours, but when you are investing in a huge purchase time is the least thing on your mind. You want to make sure you are approved, credit score is good and you have the down payment to get your monthly payments where you would like it to be. In this situation Mr. Imad also showed us 3 options of payments depending on the down payment. It was clear, as we say math is math. We received all our rewards and incentives and were thrilled with our experience with Mr. Imad Mheiche and his Finance Manager Mr. Alex Glozman. These Professional Men were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. Both men’s communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. Mr. Alex made sure everything was seamless. I truly appreciate both of their dedication to finding exactly what I wanted, and I’m beyond excited with my new vehicle. My husband and I, highly recommend Imad Mheiche and Mr. Alex Glozman Finance Manager, who also suggest and recommend a few warranty options that made sense to my daily lifestyle. He explained the wear and tear of the vehicle and its maintenance warranty programs that the dealership offers to secure the vehicle running and performing at it best. The warranties cover in case something happens to the vehicle that you purchased. It covers the tires, dents, remotes not working or remotes that are lost, maintenance, and Oil changes. I purchased the warranty that made sense for us. Mr. Alex has a sense of humor and that is nice to see from a Finance Managers who are always serious…But Mr. Alex made us feel welcomed and we were able to let our guard down with him. We felt comfortable asking him questions also. My experience was a 5 STAR all the way with these two men. I will refer my friends and family members to these young men who were OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for your service. I enjoyed seeing a clean lobby, I saw a few men looking busy and working with customers which was nice to see. We were also offered something to drink which was nice.
