Love my Veracruz!

This has been a wonderful vehicle. I have 172,000 miles on it, it still rides comfortably, is a dependable mode of transportation, and I would buy another one if they still made them. It has had a few issues but ones that I could live with. The battery cable clamp doesn't tighten properly (after the first battery change) so a sleeve has to be put over the battery post in order for good battery contact so the vehicle will start.

2008 Hyundai Veracruz!!

This is the best car I have ever owned! It's to bad that they stopped making it! I wish they would bring it back! The Suv they replaced with just doesn't cut it ! It's to small and it doesn't have the class that the Veracruz has !!!!

2008 Hyundai Veracruz

This car was a sleeper when I bought it in early 2009 as a leftover with huge loyalty discount. That campaign from Hyundai seems to have cleared their inventory of them at the time and I have to say, ont of the most comfortable, and dependable vehicles I have ever owned. Spacious, comfy, sits nice a high which makes me feel my family is a bit safer. 83K miles on it and going strong. aside from normal oil changes and some replaced wearable items I expect to be driving this now paid off vehicle for at least another 80K miles !! Did I also mention huge cargo area is great for moving bulk items and vacations with family luggage !! Oh and it has a classic sporty SUV design that is as relevant today as it was in 2008.

We love our Veracruz because it rides so well on long trips, and the retractable pedals are great for my husband and I who are 12 inches different in height. We are sorry they stopped making them

My Favorite Vehicle

This is my favorite vehicle I've ever owned. I have over 150,000 miles on it and haven't replaced it because they quit making them. It has been the most reliable, trouble-free vehicle; I've spent less than $3000 maintaining it over the last 8 years. My friends still comment on it's comfort and style even after 8 years.

Love this car

We purchased this SUV new after test driving similar cars. The Veracruz is quiet, easy driving, good on fuel mileage and very comfortable. It's a total shame that Hyundai decided to discontinue this 7 seat model in the Veracruz style. We've heard rumors they may come back with it and we would certainly test drive another one if they do.

2008 Veracruz was and is a great vehicle to have and to haul people and material.

I only hope the Santa Fe will be as good if not better with improvements that have been made over the Veracruz.

SUPER transportation!

Love my Veracruz and wish they would make new ones! Had one of the first Santa Fe's in Alabama and it was also an awesome car. Lots of space in the Veracruz and great to drive in and out of town.

what lexus

Got this car for my wife a few yeara back. everybody that drives it thinks it's a much more expensive car or brand. It's got so many bells and whistles. It's three rows of seats actually fit normal sized adults. The car has a lot of power and drives like a sedan. It's got three climate areas, power liftgate, adjustable everything even peddles. I think this was Hyundai's first real run at the luxury market. It's got all the Genesis extras.

Veracruz is the best

My 2008 Veracruz has 178,315 miles, still gets 21 mpg, runs like a scared rabbit when you hit the gas, and I have had just the normal maintenance issues. Is 300,000 miles in the cards? Three or four of my family members now own Hyundai's -Sonata Hybrid, Santa Fe, + others
