Very friendly service team. Appointment time was respected. All members worked together so you don’t have to wait if your service tech is busy when your car is ready. Service was very timely. Waiting room clean with complimentary coffee.

Good service once I was able to get appointment
The service provided is excellent. The problem is getting an appointment in the first place. Lead time for appointments, even for emergencies, is 4-6 weeks. Labor shortage due to pandemic, parts on back order due to supply chain issues. I really like my Sonata and up until now the dealer’s service has been the best. But if you can get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, it’s hard to rate a 10.

Pardon my description of your personnel ("Blue hair lady" unable to recall her name ) but thought you needed to know that in my opinion I found her to be very customer focused with a caring attitude an asset to your company .
