Hi John I'm truly sorry you didn't have a good experience. No matter what kind of vehicle you have If you don't rotate the tires at least every other oil change they will wear faster. Especially when the align. is out, they recommend rotating your tires every 8000 miles and no matter what shop you use they will recommend the same.

Great Service Experience
All the Joe Machens Hyundai personnel were friendly and efficient. We had several items done on our Azera and they had it back to us with 2 hours, washed and cleaned. They even took us to the downtown area to shop while the car was being serviced. It was a great customer experience.

Sense of peace
This was the first time my wife and I to buy a brand-new car back in September 2015. There is a sense of peace for bringing your car back to the dealership even if it is an oil change there is satisfaction that your vehicle is being looked over and they know what they're looking for if they see something that is not right. I live 60 miles away and it's worth the drive to make sure the job is getting done right. Joe Machens Hyundai does a great job with that. Very professional!

Reliable Service with a Smile!
I received excellent service for my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. I went in for an oil change, but they found I also really needed a tire rotation and alignment. They really saved me a ton of money by saving my tires with the needed service. They were also so kind to offer me a discount on both services with a coupon. I truly appreciate their fantastic service. They are also a pleasure to work with for any issue. Love them!
