Joe Machens values my time like it was their time.
I took my vehicle in for a 15,000 mile service. They informed me upon check in that there were three recalls to be taken care of and they said they would do them today. I was fully expecting this to be a 2 or 3 hour ordeal with the recalls. Much to my surprise my vehicle was ready in right at an hour even with the recall work.

Took a sonata in for a engine noise, was told it needed replacement. Even though no work done on the car was charged just to evaluate it.

Hi Mike I am truly sorry that you feel this way. All shops have a set fee for diagnostics. Ours is $69.95 and my advisor charged you $39.95 so it sounds like he was trying to help you out. We are just like a doctor anytime you go to the doctor there is a co pay, we can not work for free.

Easy to deal with and clean cut employees
Ive been happy every since I purchased my car at Joe Machens Hyundai. They have been kind and courteous to me and my wife. I purchased my car from Will Shutt and it doesn't matter where Im at if I run into him he acts like hes part of the family I didn't just purchase a car a made a friend out of the deal also.
