Worst service department staff of all
Brought in SUV for a broken window and two weeks later received it back with more damage than it had from the initial window break all caused by the dealerships negligence. And the nerve to try to pass it off to me like I wouldn’t notice. Disgusting service. And Amanda the service manager knows nothing. She can’t answer one question you ask her and tells you to stop talking because she can’t listen to you and type at the same time.

I don't feel welcome or valued
I wasn't greeted when I walked in to service by the gentleman at the first desk. The nice woman who came in shortly after was very kind and got me situated very quickly. The service took 2 hours, which is unacceptable. An oil change and tire rotation should be much faster, especially since I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment. An appointment means they put time aside to address my needs, which clearly didn't happen here. There was only me and one other person in the waiting area, so if others aren't waiting, that must mean they didn't care if I was waiting, because no updates were given.

buying a good experience
The sales staff are great and take time in purchasing plus providing you with a car that will be a great fit for you. But calling for service this last time put me off of going to Pacifico for service. I will go to another Hyundai dealer.

Your appointment scheduling needs improvement.
I had no problem wit the service. My problem was in scheduling the appointment. I called the offie numerous times and each timeI went directly to voice mail asking me leave my name and telephone and the call would be returned. I did that but my call was not returned. I finally reached someone when I called in the a.m. and not the p.m. Not sure if I would recommend the business because of this problem. There should be third box--"unsure."
