st. charles hyundai is the best dealership that i know of that you can purchase a new or used vehicle , and get an excellent deal, or to have your current vehicles serviced .
i have came to st, charles hyundai for many years , and all of the employees are very friendly, and helpful, i am totally satisfied with st, charles hyundai. i will always come back, and definitely refer everyone that i know to st. charles huyndai .

Brad Dean was awesome. He listened to my concerns and started the repair process for me. I was set up in a very nicer loaner, not some small compact car. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

Rainy Day!!
Not sure when there was a change in the practice of picking up your vehicle up inside after being serviced; but expecting the customer to go outside in the pouring down rain and “find” their vehicle in the “large” parking lot and retrieve it, especially when it’s your wife picking the vehicle up, is extremely “POOR’ customer service!! Especially, considering that she was initially told: “oh, it should be parked out front”; but was in reality over on the side out of sight!!

Friendly and courteous
This dealership’s service department is very friendly and courteous. They are prompt. Unfortunately, the software upgrade did not improve the driving experience of my car. At this point, it would be unlikely that I would purchase another Tucson, but this is no fault of the dealer. I feel this is an overall Hyundai issue that needs to be solved.

Very good service
I have no complaint regarding service and was treated wonderfully by the service rep. I have been going to St Charles Hyundai for 11 years with no problems or complaints about the way me or my 2011 Hyundai Sonata have been treated.

Customer service is really good, it’s the lack of minor details that are missing: stickers, reset on oil changes, taking floor mats and plastic off, etc. But there’s a lot of days where this is a great company!
