Great Team!!!
Great team effort on Sat 4/10. There was less staff there for services, but the team did a great job of filling in for the gaps that wasn't there. I commend the 2 Check In & Out staff members (not sure his/her name) & Brad the mechanic who primarily takes care of all my work done on my vehicle. I hope management knows how awesome of a team you have working for you.

Service takes much too long. In-take people don't listen to what you tell them
Oil change took 2.75 hours. They were supposed to be fixing a bad rattle. They did the exact same thing as last time which I explained had not fixed the problem previously. I actually told them not to do that again, but they did. Never tested it to see if it had fixed the problem. Wasted 2.75 hour of my life to NOT get me car fixed

Great cars, who knows about the service
First, my wife and i bought both of our cars from this dealer and love them. Had two services by this dealer, first one they checked the box for fluid top off even though it was bone dry, the next service they didn't even put a sticker on the windshield saying thank you for the service and when we were due for the next one. If they can't get the little things right how can you ever trust that they've done everything else? It is not easy to get appointments and having to bring your car back because they forgot something little (even though it was checked completed) it a total time waster.

Overall great. This past service experience required me to come back though I scheduled several days in advance. The muffler kit should have been ready instead of having to be ordered since it was 5 days from scheduling to the actual appointment.

After initial overcharge issue the Service Manager called me personally to resolve the issue and discuss steps to improve the process in future. Follow up was much appreciated and I am confident improvements will be made to enhance service in the future.

Overcharged
We were overcharged for service. Had coupon that was not applied even after my son specifically asked if it was. Had to go back next day once I discovered issue. Service rep agreed that coupon was not applied in any way. He explained to my son that since this was paid via credit card that a refund may not be possible but service credit could be given. I then had to get involved and explain to him that if he could charge my card he could refund it as well and service credit was unacceptable. He got very defensive and led us back to the cashier to see if refund was possible. Cashier in office also seemed confused as to if refund could be made, after discussion finally it was decided they would refund difference. Service Tech should have put my son at ease and quickly own up to mistake made and let him know he would take care of it. Should of asked cashier privately if there was any issue with refund before telling us service credit might have to be given. Training issue in regards to refunds or dealer strategy to steer customers to service credit (Not really sure but it was pretty clear nobody wanted to issue a refund). Ridiculous

My service manager gave me a list of items needed for 60,000 mile service. Explained them completely and got me a 10% discount. Also got me the appt time I needed.
