The workmanship reflects a disrespect for the mechanics working at Parkway. There is systemic apathy that shows in careless, incomplete repairs. This has been brought to my attention when I had to have my car serviced at independant repair shops out of town.

Good customer service
The customer service was great. Chris was amazing, and made sure that all repairs on my car were fixed. It's very child friendly from the play room to the cartoons on television my son enjoyed the wait there. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I don't know if it's so great.
$178 for a routine checkup! Oil/filter change, air filter (engine and cabin) change, switch front tires from right to left, but not rear tires.
Is this great service?? You tell customer that you "recommend" something, and then say "customer requested" on invoice. Is this "great service"???

service was good but took over an hour to change headlight bulbs
service rep said it would be this long but i hoped it would be shorter. Had to return for second time because bulbs were not in stock. Why werent they?

My usual complaint is that the service seems to take too long.
I have a pre-paid service plan, so some of the survey questions don't apply (e.g. Will I return)..Should factor this in in the survey questions.
