Christian kept me updated step by step. He even stayed one hour after close to get the job done. Awesome staff and great mechanics. Would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here

three trips into shop in less than 24 hours
Charged more than quoted because quote was for repairs not diagnostics. Then something broke that is involved in repairs but not recommended to replace so I had to pay for that, but you paid the labor so that's fair right? (sarcasm) but no offer of time lost for the three trips or for my time in your lobby. Also on the third trip the Service Manager did a double take when he saw me (so obviously recognized me even if he couldn't place name-which I understand) but did not to my knowledge check to see why i was back or verify everything was ok. makes for an overall "I'm not important to management" feeling. Christian was great and the staff I did talk to was pleasant as always. I feel the extra trips could have been prevented. My vehicle was onsite more than 24 hours after completion, more than sufficient time for a test drive. The third trip could totally have been avoided by taking an extra 15 minutes to bleed the brakes properly. I understand he was on OT but do the job right.

Consistently great
The customer service is consistently great at Parker Ford. You see, I am in a lot of different Ford dealerships getting my oil changed while traveling throughout the year (13 western states and western Canada) and I’m proud to say “my” North Idaho one is first rate.

Employees Show Respect to Their Customers
Employees are very courteous to the customers. Christian made the effort to contact my warranty company to determine coverage. He also called me back to clarify details to help find the root cause of the problem. He did a thorough job of explaining the charges. Great folks in the service department!

I had an 08:00 A.M. Appt. for a DOT inspection...It took 2.5 hrs., They were over booked and many customers had to wait. Nice people but that doesn't get the job done in a timely manner.

Parker Ford cares
Parker Ford has the most responsive service folks in town. I always feel like they care about me and especially appreciate LuJeanne and her friendly shuttle. My only frustration is that they have needed to keep my vehicle for multiple days to replace relatively small items while waiting for a part...

Time management
I was satisfied with the service, but a little frustrated when it came to time. My appointment was for 10am and they didn't take my car back till 10:45 and wasn't finished with it till 11:15. What's the point of making an appointment if it's not gonna happen then.
