Great First Service Experience
I bought my Hunday in March and took it in for first service in July. Things went very well. My service advisor, Tyler, was thorough, explained things well, and the work was done very timely. I actually have worked with two service advisors, Brad and Tyler, and they will both be my go-too’s for future service. I live closer to a South County dealership but this is where my business started and this is where my business will continue.

Friendly staff and easy to get car in for service same day or within a week. They recommend services and don't push when you decline them. Only thing that would make it better is if they washed car after service.

I've always had good luck with my service appointments. All the writers and employees are friendly and informative. The only issue i've had is when I made an appointment in advance, they take much longer than i expect. The last 2 were speedy.

We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership on the same day, the cars have been good. This morning my wife gets in her car to go to work and it clicks for a few minutes but finally starts. She calls the dealership and they say they have no appointments until next Wednesday. That kind of sucks but is understandable. This afternoon she gets off of work and this time it takes about 10 minutes to get it to start. She calls back and they say there is nothing they can do for her. I finally get someone on the phone and they say that they can help her only if she hurries in, but they can only check for simple things like the battery, which is okay I guess. She gets there and they tell her there is nothing they can do for her and that she will have to leave the car. She explains she has no car to get to work and they say sorry there is nothing they can do. I can't believe this service from a dealership that we purchased cars from. Do you think we would ever purchase another car from this dealership again? There are plenty of others around. Once we get our car back we will never be back.
