Recent visit
Clean facility, pleasant staff but wish service appointment was timely. Do a better and quicker job cleaning car or eliminate that service. Time and great service is critical for me since we pay dealer rates.

Had a great experience at Puente Hills Hyundai. From the very beginning when I drove my car in, the service person was friendly and personable, cracking jokes, and getting me in right away; to the person who checked me in and out!

Courteous employees but amenities were week for such a big dealer. Other dealers I went to when I was searching for a car had way better coffee and snacks. Service took longer than estimate. Wash was okay

Good service, but still overpriced.
I come here because so far it's the dealer that has treated me best so far, unfortunately their prices, like all other dealers unfortunately most services are still way overpriced for what the service actually is being performed on the car.

GREAT WHEN PHONE IS ANSWERED.
I LEFT MY CAR THERE FOR SERVICE AND CALLED TO ASK FOR THE STATUS OF IT AFTER A COUPLE OR MORE HOURS. THE FRONT DESK GIRL ANSWERED PHONE AND TRANSFERRED ME TO SERVICE BUT NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE. I CALLED THREE MORE TIMES AND AGAIN NO ANSWER. (ONLY THE FRONT DESK) NOT SERVICE DEPT. I HAD MY SISTER DRIVE ME THERE AND WAS TOLD MY CAR WAS READY. I WENT TO THE AREA WHERE I HAD TO PICK UP PAPER WORK AND A WOMAN AND MAN WERE THERE JUST SITTING BY THEIR PHONES. I TOLD THEM I HAD CALLED THREE OR FOUR TIMES AND NO ONE PICKED UP. THEY BOTH LOOKED AT ME AND SAID NOTHING. THOUGHT YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

Good service and friendly
The service we received was very good. We had our Santa Fe detailing and tire rotation done this time and it was very well done, except that there was a scratch mark on the front hood caused by the polishing wheel that we did not catch it after the service. We will contact your service department and hopefully you could fit it on the next detailing appointment.

This was my first service visit to this dealership as I had purchased my Santa Fe at another dealership for the past 2 years. I was taking it there even though it was much further from home than the few miles to this one Even though I hadn't made an appointment they attended to me promptly, went over what needed to be done. They completed the work and had me out quickly.

Overall, I am very pleased with the service at Puente Hills Hyundai.
My only problem was from my last service call. The service department fixed my alternator, but said I needed to go elsewhere for a new battery. I eventually came back to the dealership for the battery, but it should have been handled in one service call, not two.
