Friendly and Courteous Service.
Arrived on a Friday morning for the complimentary oil change. No lines. Very few waiting for service due to the holiday weekend. Promptly greeted by car attendant Daniel, who began the process. Inside, while waiting to speak to the service rep who was busy helping someone else, Jae asked if I needed help and took care of me. Let men know they would give the car a quick car wash as well and that it would be ready in an 1hour and half. I went for the walk and the car was ready when he said it would be. Great experience. Thank you Puente Hills.

I am very pleased with the service done on my Santa Fe. My service representative, Javier, was excellent, and he kept me informed on what was being done. Everything was explained to me. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased.
